Welcome to Charis School,

 

We, at Charis School, understand that our children's first years are crucial. Our Educational Program instills a love for learning and focuses on the children’s development of the social, emotional, physical and intellectual aspects. Our teachers help them enjoy a nurturing environment for learning, playing and building self-esteem.

         

The Integrated Core Curriculum offers weekly themes encompassing arts and crafts, stories, songs and finger play and flannel boards to help children develop language skills, character, and creativity. Our preschool children also explore science, nature, creative movement, and music.

 

The curriculum of Charis School is designed to promote literacy during early childhood. This curriculum guides the student from a strong oral language base to a solid understanding of the foundations of reading and writing. In the elementary, students are provided opportunities to discover more about the world around them.They are trained to make connections between their experiences in different subject areas with special focus on building competence and mastery of skills.
